Lash lifting (or lash perming) is a safe and convenient way to achieve groomed, fuller looking lashes without the hassle and upkeep of lash extensions. Big, bouncy lashies is our goal 😍
This formula uses collagen and the amino acid cysteine to add curl and lift making for luscious lashes lasting up to 8 weeks. Lashes look great for about 6 weeks. After that point you will have shed many of the curled lashes and grown back your naturally shaped lashes that were not treated with the lift solution. This is good. It’s a sign your lashes are healthy and growing! Results vary for individuals in terms of lift, curl, and how long they last.
Aftercare: Keep your lashes dry and free of makeup for the next 24 hours otherwise the curl and lift may fall. This means dry like the Sahara.d
Do not shower, use a steam room, work out, clean your apartment, boil a pasta dinner, or partake in any other activity where your lashes may become wet or damp within the next 24 hours. But definitely do take a silly amount of flawlessly lashed selfies, show your besties, and feel all the joy and warm fuzzies gorgeous lashes bring our hearts 😊❤️ (Tip: When cleansing your skin use a wash cloth and avoid your eyes.)
Preparation for glasses or contacts: Wear glasses if possible and shower before you come to your appointment (see aftercare for explanation).
If you wore contacts to your appointment you’ll want to take them out during your service. It’s a good idea to bring your glasses to wear afterwards but if you must wear your contacts try to put them in without getting extra moisture on your lashes. If you have sensitive eyes they may become briefly irritated from the products and general movement/touching throughout the service.
Semi-permanent tinting that gently stains your lashes.
The effect slowly fades as it’s a semi-permanent dye. This is a good thing because we never want a harsh permanent dye near our eyes. Results last up to 4 weeks. Also something to keep in mind: Medications will affect how your hair accepts and holds color and dyes. Generally, you can still get the dark tint you’re looking for but brown or black will be up to how your hair wants to accept the color.
So often the tips of the lashes are so fine that we cannot see their true, beautiful length. Also something to keep in mind: Medications will affect how your hair accepts color and dyes. Generally, you can still get the dark tint you’re looking for but brown or black will be up to how your hair wants to accept the color.
