Policies

Cancellation Policy:

We get the need to reschedule. If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, please do so online at least 24-hours prior to the start of your appointment. You’ll receive a Cancellation Confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t receive that email then your appointment has not been cancelled and you’ll need to leave us a voicemail or send an email to cancel. If cancelling within 24 hours 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to the payment form used to reserve your appointment. This includes no shows. We do not accept Groupons for this fee. 

No Show Policy:

100% fee of services scheduled plus you’re banned from visiting Holiday. How easy is it to send a text or an email saying you’re not gonna make it? We do not accept Groupons for this fee. 

Late Policy:

If you are any amount of time late to your appointment you may miss it. If we are unable to see you because of your tardiness you are still responsible for 100% of the service price of your appointment. The payment form used to reserve your appointment will be charged. Please arrive early to your appointments. We do not accept Groupons for this fee. 

Age + Gender Policy:

Must be 18+ for any vajacial, booty, or tata treatment, and for any bikini or Brazilian waxing service. For all other services, anyone under 18 years old will need a parent / guardian present for their appointmentss. We only perform private part (genitals, butts, breasts) services on female anatomy.

Snow Policy:

Holiday closes if Boston Mayor Marty Walsh declares a Snow Emergency. Catherine will call, text, and email you to make sure you know not to come to your appointment. If there’s winter weather but a Snow Emergency has not been declared then the Cancellation and Late Policies above still apply.

Refund Policy:

Your purchase is 100% non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds.

While we hope you love your service and/or product purchase, we understand you may not. We perform every service to the highest industry standards and must stand by our no refunds policy.

In the event that a completed service or no-show charge is claimed as fraudulent or unrecognized, we provide the necessary documentation from your appointment and your IP address to show this was a legitimate transaction.

Packages:

You have 6 months from the date of purchase to use all of the services in any package purchased, received as a gift or otherwise acquired. Packages must be used by one client and are nontransferable for other services.

Gift Cards:

Expire after 6 months.

Internet Website Privacy Policy:

We don’t share, sell, or otherwise distribute any of your information. The type of data collected by this website is generally used to analyze the client base and make better marketing campaigns.
