booking + cancellation policy
The time you reserve in our spa with your esthetician is only for you and they do not see other clients during that time.
Short notice cancellations become unbooked time that we can no longer fill. This results in an unsustainable loss of income.
You may cancel or reschedule online 48+ hours in advance of your appointment.
If canceling within the appropriate timeframe you may use your deposit towards a service at a later date. We’ll pop a gift card into your account for future bookings. Deposits are nonrefundable.
We do not offer reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment. If you cancel for any reason with less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged and forfeit 100% of the price of service(s).
To be fair to all clients, we cannot waive this policy for any reason.
Please don’t be late for your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you may take care of parking, use the restroom, finish phone conversations, etc. before your appointment time starts.
Being late cuts into your service time and reduces the time we have to complete your service.
If you are any amount late you may receive a lesser service and will be charged for the service(s) booked. If you are so late you miss your appointment you will be charged and forfeit 100% of the service fee.

snow / storms
Holiday closes if there’s a snow emergency declared by the Mayor. If you have an appointment we will be in touch to confirm the closure and help reschedule your appointment.
If there’s winter weather but a snow emergency has not been declared then the Booking + Cancellation Policy and Late Policy still apply.
age + sex
Individuals under 18 years of age must have a parent / guardian present at their first appointment.
We welcome all gender identities. When it comes to intimate waxing, we only serve individuals with female anatomy for bikini, brazilian, inner thigh, and butt waxing services.
Infants + children
Infants and children under 13 are not permitted at the spa.
While we like kids and definitely want to see photos of your new baby, the spa is not an appropriate environment for them to visit while you receive services.
If you’d like to bring your teen along, please be aware our waiting area is unmonitored and we cannot provide supervision for them during your service.

We do not offer refunds for services or products.
Of course, if the product you purchased isn’t working out let us know and we’ll do our best to swap it for something you love.
Please follow the expiration date listed on your gift card.
We honor expired gift cards for up to 7 years from the date of purchase.
Our offerings and pricing change over time and we encourage you to use the gift within 1 year.
Email us if your gift is expired and you are unable to use it for online booking.
